MSU Research Technology Support Facilities (RTSF) core laboratories page features a number of University-supported core facilities.
The MSU cryoEM facility features ThermoFisher cryo-TEMs, incluidng an Arctica currently available to researchers, along with Krios and a Hydra going through commissioning procedures summer and fall of 2025.
The MSU Investigative HistoPathology lab offers sample preparation services for histology
The MSU Engineering Composite Materials and Structures Center includes a Zeiss Auriga dual-beam FIB-SEM and a Zeiss EVO variable-pressure SEM.
The MSU IQ Microscopy Laboratory features a range of tools for primarily biolgical/ fluorescence microscopy.
Atomic force microscopy is available in the MSU Physics Department.
