MSU CAM transitioning to Stratocore PPMS on Aug 1st

The Center for Advanced Microscopy will be transitioning to the online Stratocore PPMS software for equipment scheduling and service requests.

What this means for you:

Beginning August 1, 2026, scheduling will move from Google Calendar to PPMS

What should you do now:

No action is needed at the moment

• As part of the initial setup, we will be pre-loading some users into the system. The first time you log into the system, you may or may not have an account already.
• Later in July we will be asking users to log into the PPMS portal to check, create, and/or update their account profiles.
• Please note that many core facilities across MSU will be joining PPMS at different times, starting July 1^st. Our ‘go-live’ date is August 1^st.  Any CAM Stratocore PPMS activity before August 1^st will be only for testing.
